email campaigns attachments

I need to send out an email campagin using an email template. however, each email sents is supposed to have a different attachment. example, when sending to john, it will pick up /home/john.pdf, when sending to peter, it will pick up /home/peter.pdf etc.

Is it possible?

I just need the variables to edit under sugarphpmailer class.

Apparently, when sugarcrm look for attachments, it will literally look for $last_name.pdf where I need it to look for john.pdf or peter.pdf, whatever the contact last_name is.
