Email Campaigns - do they provide statistics?

Hi,
I am a new user of Sugar and I was wondering if anyone knew if Sugar provides us with statistics post an email campaign? I can see that it indicates which emails bounced, but does it provide statistics such:
1) if the recipient has forwarded the email (or clicked the send to a friend link)
2) if the recipient has opened or not opened the email

Hi Thalia,

1) there is no way to track if the recipient has forwarded the email, but if you create a Tracker URL link for the 'send to friend' and then insert this tracker into your template, the system will keep track of the recipients who clicked on this link.

2) the system does track who 'viewed' the message, but this can be a bit misleading. Sometimes a recipient may have received the email and read it, but not 'downloaded' it (Sugar uses a hidden mini image within each campaign email. When the recipient 'downloads images', the system marks the email as being 'read'). So you may actually have more people who viewed the message than what the results tell you.
