Email campaigns language problem

First, the latest patch fixed the problem with åäö in the regular email, really appreciated! We're getting close to a functional email client.
Now to the problem, when I send a email from the campaign module the åäö turns out to be rubbish. Maby there's some setting I have missed?
Like in the regular email accounts I can set the outgoing mail to be coded in ISO8859-1 but I can't find where to set it up in the campaign account. Any suggestions?

sorry for bumping agin, but I really need to be able to send campaign mails. Is there some way to route the campaign mails to a smtp-account or is there another way to solve this?
