Email campaigns and spam and multipart email

In using SugarCRM's email campaign/marketing tool, most all those emails are being marked as spam.

One of the biggest issues in the SpamAssassin scoring is that the message only as a HTML Mime Part.

Is it possible to have a multipart (text and HTML) email template? Or have it send as text and HTML in a multipart MIME message?
