Email That Is CC or BCC Only Goes To One User

When two or more SUGAR users receive an email (From anyone whether SUGAR or another mail/crm client) only the first person to check their mail actually gets it.

I have checked our mail server and each recipient does actually get a message and when they POP3 from SUGAR mail the mail leaves the mail server however it never appears in the inbox. Only the first person to press the check mail actually sees it there.

This has been happening for a while. Definitely 4.2 and current 4.5.0x (Currently using 4.5.0d)

Hi,

I used both e and now f and the bug still exists.. An email that is coming in only goes to the first person who "checks email"

Also I have a list of other bugs but all are still classified as new.. am i lodging them right?

Hi,

We had the same bug, but as Chris noted it was fixed in version E. It now works for us OK.

As far as logging bugs, if you are a PRO user log the issue as a support case in the Support Portal, if not then add to the bug list.

Hi,

Just setup a new server and still didn't work. I'm using pop3.

Sent from gmail, only 1 account in Sugar has the email even though on the mail server both get the email from gmail. When checking mail, both collect the mail from their respective mail boxes, but only the first person can see it in their sugar email.

PHP = 5.1.4
MySQL = 5.0.24a
Apache = 2.2.2
OS = Centos 4
Sugar = 4.5.0h
