Perhaps my recent loading of module SugarCRM CE Teams For The Masses

too bad i can't uninstall

Problem with files and directories permissions.
Required file system permissions on Linux

It can be related with include folder (../include/javascript)

Smalltalkman - Were you able to get this resolved? If so, how? There are several of us looking for a solution to this problem. It doesn't seem to be a file permissions issue, but so far that has been the only suggestion. We could really use some help getting this resolved.
