Email client sends email but does not confirm anything

Hi,

I've been trying to use SugarCRM's email client to compose emails to contacts (so that I keep a tab of emails sent) but when I compose an email and send it, it acts as if nothing happened (but I do get the email in my receving account).

Shouldn't the client either close the compose screen or give me a message "Email sent"?

I am asking because I am not even sure what the behavior should be.

Actully, email client will close this compose screen. can you tell me which sugar version r u using. If you are using firefox browser then you can install firebug, then you can see the error in firebug.

That's what I would expect it to do.

I was using 5.2.0e when I tried, and I tried both with Firebox 3.0.11.and IE 8.0. Both acted like nothing happened when I press "send" but I did get both emails.
