email configuration

Hello world,
I'm trying to configure the email settings in sugarCRM 6.2.2 but it doesn't work with my email provider (networksolutions). I've tried with my personal gmail account and it works. The weirdest thing is that when I followed the configuration wizard I could send the test email without any problem, but after that it doesn't work.
