Default Email default "From name" and "From address" is not default one

    Hi all,

First of all thank you for new patch for sugarcrm 5.1.

At this time I have some issues with email module.

In Admin panel of sugarcrm 5.1a there is a subpanel "Email settings" where you can set up default "From name" and "From address".
    lets say
    Fromname: support
    From address: support@mycompany.com

I use group email so the only way to check the group email is having it assigned to group folder ( what I still can't understand). When I reply to emails arriving to "support" it replies only from my personal account ( my personal address). I can't find the way to change it to default ( which suppose to be support).

In my email settings-the personal one (Email tab -> Settings -> Mail Accounts tab), I have to options in "Edit Mail Account" :
    - None
    - my personal account

I assume that for "None" there should be default "From name" and "From address", but it still displays my name and my personal address.

Is there any way to change default from address to support? Or maybe there is something I missed or forgot?
Many thanks in advance for any advices.
    Greg

    Sorted!

In this case it was a matter of settings.
All I had to do is to get rid of Primary address in Users settings, from Admin panel.
After that automatically default ( "support") user and address appears when create email or reply to email from group folder.
