Hi,
We are having an intermittent problem with inbound email in sugar.
Basically some emails appear and others do not. We know the emails arrived in the user's mailbox as we've used webmail and another email client to check it.
If we look at the POP3 log on the server then it shows that the messsage has been download by Sugar and deleted from the server, but it doesn't appear in the user's mailbox in Sugar.
Anyone experienced this?
