Email | Exception Occurred Transaction Aborted

Hi

We recently upgraded to 6.1 and everyhting, after a few tweaks runs fine.

Some users use Sugar via Terminal server. We just upgraded some users to Windows2008 server and they have reported a problem using IE.

When they go to the email modules a small pop up appears with the header Exception Occurred and Transaction Aborted in the pop up.

The same login on the same server works fine in FIrefox (any version). I have changed Secuirty Levels etc in IE but still get the error.

Any ideas anyone!

What is the version of the buggy IE?
Make sure it fits the recomended stack.

Just as a note working versions are

windows server 2003 (IE version 8.0.6001.18702) 128-bit

Non working version is


windows server 2008 (IE version 8.0.6001.18999) 256-bit

I noticed the supported stack is windows server 2003! Does this mean it will never work?
