    Default Email field hangs apllication

Hallo again, somthing amazing is happening to me, In the email field when am logged in as administrator and enter an email address it does the recomemded checks and works fine. When i login as a user who is not an administrator and enter an email the sytem hangs and i cannot seem to save the lead or account. I upgraded from 5.0 to 5.1

I have attached an image. It shows how the sugar remains stuck and i cannot save because it remains checking without end

    Hi All,

i have the same problem...editview hangs on leads-module when i entered an email-address as not-admin-user.

    Any ideas why this happens?

    Greeting, Dennis

Unhappy Re: Email field hangs apllication

    Hi,

I'm getting the same thing. Currently our work around involves saving the account first and then editing it and hitting save and continue instead of save.

We're using SugarCRM 5.2.0 (Build 5380), just upgraded it in fact to see if this issue was resolved, but same thing. So we're still using a very inefficient work flow for this.

I hope someone who's solved this issue reads this someday.

    Found this:

maybe it will work for you. It can't in my case since I don't have modules installed.
