Email field not showing

Hi

Im an absolute newbie, I just loaded the latest open source on a website of mine to track my clients
well I started adding leads and yes the email field was there I added a couple of peeps had no problem adding an email address

NOW if I add A NEW LEAD EMAIL field has no way of inputting an email address in

What am I doing wrong ?

This was an explorer Issue.. I Used Google browser and the email field was visible
