email fields in CONTACTS?

Does anyone know what is field for email in CONTACTS (located under Studio)?

I'm running SugarCRM CE 5.0G

I believe it's a custom relationship and part of the Person Sugar Object. You can't really edit the field. A contact can have more than one email; since 5.0. It's now in a seperate database table. What are you trying to do with it? Export?

We might need a little more info an what you are looking for. If I go to Studio and choose the EditView layout I see a field called 'Email' on a panel called 'Email Addresses". Do you not have that or are you trying to make it look differently?

i tried to use SugarCRM authentication for Joomla 1.5 from this link

I did everything correctly, but I couldn't log in Joomla from front-end. I suspected that the script fetched the wrong email field from SugarCRM since Joomla required email to create an account. So it kept giving an error related to email. The actual error msg is "Please enter a valid e-mail address."

I installed SugarCE 5.0 and it worked fine. After upgrading to SugarCE 5.0g (patch G). Same error occurred. SugarCRM authentication needs to be updated the email field. I don't know how to change this.DO you know what changed in patch G that makes whole thing broken? Thank you.
