Version 4.5.1e (Build 1049)

I'm trying to install the email folders module on our local apache server. It tells me to unzip in the root and overwrite some modules folders. That works just fine, but when I select 'repair database' in the admin section to create the mysql tables, it will display blank results for 'display sql' and it will redirect me to a search page for 'execute sql' or 'export sql'. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
