    Default email gets deleted on exchange server

    Hi..I am currently using sugarcrm 5.2 and have successfully configured my email account though I have a question related to this. Whenever I delete an email from my sugar crm inbox that particular email gets automatically deleted from my exchange server. Is there a way I can stop this? Is there a way out that " if i delete an email from my crm inbox I still have that on my exchange server?? thanks for your help

    I'm not aware of a sugar setting that affects this ... you may need to look to exchange
