About LinkBacksI keep getting the error:
"Inbound Email cannot function without the IMAP c-client libraries enabled/compiled with the PHP module"
whenever I try to use the mail client. Is there a work-around on this or is this a GoDaddy issue?

This is a GoDaddy issue. Other users have reported the same trouble.
The only workaround is to use Outlook or Thunderbird as your mail client and then use the respective link for either of those to get your messages into Sugar.
