hi there,
I'm just evaluating Sugar for my company and I'm fairly impressed but email handling seems to be a weak point. I'm not quite sure what the model for use should be. As Sugar will only pickup unread messages it seems that you would need to use it as your only, or at least main, client, yet the actual features of the client are pretty limited. It's OK but there are some things that will stop it being used, the main one being that unread messages are not highlighted in the list. It also doesn't seem to be able to monitor sub-folders in IMAP (though possibly that's a postfix "feature") and I can see spam becoming a problem.
Generally it doesn't seem to have be designed to be used as a main client, so what is the recommend way of using inbound email? Should users be using their desktop clients and only importing valid mails? Or perhaps the sugar client should only be used under certain circumstances? Or is it only really recommended to use the Outlook/TB plugins?
thanks,
