HAPPY NEW EAR
I have a simple question I hope, I am using sugar 4.5.0h and we do a lot of work with cases, in fact everything is cases
So heres the scenarion, we hav a call logged for mr smith case number 842, he then emails us some information relating to the case - not reply to our case number at all!! Mr Smith is like that.
Now what I would like to do is assign that email to the case for Mr Smith
At the moment - the only way I can see to do this is to create a task from the email and assign that to the case, making sure we close the task - messy!!!
So if any of you chaps have your thinking heads on . . . . .
