Hi folks,
I have been experiencing problems with SugarMail the past two months. In some occasions SugarCRM seems to have problems downloading mail via POP3 from my remote mail server. It keeps trying until my bandwidth has exceeded, which is pretty annoying.
I temporary solved the problem by having a local PC running with MS Outlook to download the email on an interval and fetch the email Sugar seems to have problems with.
I have analyzed the emails that Sugar did not download and they all had attachments. Strange thing is that after downloading them and forwarding these emails to the same email address, Sugar downloads them without any problems?!
Please help me out here.

PROBLEM SOLVED: WE UPGRADED THE DSL ACCOUNT.
