I am having trouble using the internal email within Sugar. Everything is set up correctly and I am able to view my inbox. I am able to receive test emails as well. I have confirmed with the admin on my account that everything mirrors their settings, however, I still cannot send emails from my account.
When I click compose email the "from" line is blank and there isn't anything in the drop down menu. I can't type anything in this field either. Here is an image of what I'm seeing.
How do I get my email address or name to show up in this from line so I can send emails?
Any help regarding this issue would be greatly appreciated.
