[Email] How to modify dropdown field?

I want to insert a new value in the dropdownfield 'relate to' , to link the email contact to a new custom module contact field. it is possible? thank you

To edit/add the dropdown values use the Dropdown Editor in the Admin section.

Could you make it clear, what you want to achieve?

If the new custom module is exist then it is automatically shown in 'relate to' fields

The dropdowns you need to update in the Dropdown Editor:
parent_type_display
record_type_display
record_type_display_notes

i work with the last release of sugar, but i don't see this ..

You can change the dropdowns which are specfied in the Andre's post. It is common to all 5.* versions.
