When I ask it to check mail it now goes to a blank screen (with noirmal crm menus around) having been working fine for around a year. I then click on my inbox and no new mail has been imported despite the fact there are numerous messages on my server.

I'm running Windows Vista, Sugaar version 4.5.1d off an Apache server and I'm not sure about PHP or MySQL version.

The problem first occurred at the end of last week and I can't think of anything which has changed that could possibly have affected things.
