Email Inbox Messages do not appear

I am using 5.2.f on a windows 2008 server with MySql. The problem is that one of the employees email shows messages in the inbox but wont display the headers in the mail pane. We are using IMAP and I have mirrored the account with others that are working. Any ideas would be great as this employee is not able to work in Sugar currently because of this error. 5 other employees mail is all working correctly.

Okay here is an addon which makes the mystery more confusing. All other users can see the email in there accounts. One user cannot Do I need to clean out this users info and try again if so how do I completrely clean up a user. Also I am using IMAP with google.
