For such an advanced program, SugarCRM email client sucks. Is there a way to integrate Roundcube or another email client into sugar so that email will be functional? The email loads so slow, you can never delete any email because the program seems to freeze or whatever it does.. Any advice?

If you cannot delete an email, then there is a non ASCII char in the name of your TRASH folder.
That is a bug in the UTF-7 encoding/decoding in InboundEmail.php

Do you have folders with non ASCII chars?

Perhaps something like "gelöschte Objekte" ?
