    Default Email Log

    Hello,

    When I manually send an email to a contact inside of the Sugar email interface, I would like that email to be attached to the contact record and logged as an activity.

    I have been told that this would require custom code to be written. Is this correct? You would think this would be a common request and need. I have used other CRM's that had this logic standard.

    If you select a recipient with the To: button in the email client, the email will be related to the selected contact, lead, account, ....
    No additional code is needed.

    Thanks. That is not working but I think there is a large issue going on with the email setup.
