Email marketing campaign problem

I created a new email marketing campaign. When I "send test" all the emails go out, but when I "send emails" I don't receive any errors, but no emails go out and I don't see anythign in the Email Queue.
Everything is active and the Start Date & Time is in the past.
What am I missing?

The problem was: target list was set to test. Changing it to default solved the problem.
