Email Merge Document

I'm new to Sugar and my boss wants me to send out a personalised email campaign.

I have made the email template but need to know how to set it up so that it will insert the persons name into the body of the email.

Can anyone help please?

You can listen to some of the recorded "How Do I" sessions in the online library of Sugar University to learn how to create email templates and send out campaign newsletters. Click on the library link, and then click on the Marketing tab to see the sessions.
