We are testing the email module, which for the most part is working fine. There is one situation where the "From" and "To" name is not being populated with the correct information or not at all on incoming mails.

The mails all come from our web server where someone fills out a form. Although the emails appear correctly in Outlook and other providers (like Yahoo and Gmail), the "From" and "To" name are either empty or populated with numbers.

Does anyone have an idea why this would be the case or how we can resolve it?
