I´m getting very tiered of this bug and am wiling to pay good money for a freelancer to fix it as there seems no one in the community able to help.
Description:
I installed SugarCRM 5.5.1 RC1 Stack installer on a Windows Server 2003 and for a good month the email module was just fine. Than all of a sudden the group emails stopped fetching new mail and synchronizing was hard to accomplish (removing the group and adding it again would only sync). Now almost 2 weeks later the personal mails seem to be failing as well.
The Schedulers log say that they have never been run although the mail fetching was just fine before.
History:
Durring the last 4 weeks no changes have been made to the SugarCRM files nor database. The Windows Server does not update and no other software installed to my knowledge.
I created an copy of my SugarCRM instanse (development version) and upgraded it to 5.5.1 RC3 and there the email module will not even load (header menu and shortcuts are there but no email module). I then replaced the database with the 5.5.1 RC1 version and then the email module opened (with 5.5.1 RC3 files loaded) and the new email module was visible. But the module did not work either (was not fetching mails).
