    Default Email display error in Group Mail Account

    hi im new to SugarCRM.
    i have installed a SugarCRM Comunity Edition 6.0 and is working great with the system.

    however i encounter a problem regarding to the email module.
    when i create a group mail account, the group folder is shown in the Email Module, but there is no any email inside the folder.

    i tested with personal mail account and everything is fine with it.
    for additional information, when i compare the folders shown in Email module with personal and group mail account, the gourp mail account is missing "INBOX" folder.

    can anyone give me a hand to solve this problem?

    I'm using Sugar CE 6.0.1
    Unfortunately - I did not find any solution to this problem

    Double check that your schedulers are working and that your cron.php is configured correctly. "Directions" on how do do this for your system can be found at the bottom of Admin->Schedulers

    hi robert, after i checked my schedule and i found that the pollMonitoredInboxes in my schedule has never execute at all.

    i have configured the status to active, but looks like it do not run at all.

    and sorry to say that i do not know how to configure cron.php..

    The best help I can give you is found here: http://www.sugarcrm.com/wiki/index.p...ux_or_Mac_OS_X Note that the code you put in your script may vary slightly, but the code that you can find at the bottom of the page Admin->Schedulers should be the one that's ideal for your system configuration.

    Hi,

    My cron is working fine, I saw the history confirmation but I just got one email so far into my inbox that I just received a few minutes ago. All other old messages are not being pulled from the IMAP server.

    Although, if I add the exactly same email account as private (not group), it shows all emails, but for what I know I need to import all emails manually. This is not an option since I have around 200 leads and maybe 1000 emails...

    Any help please?
