Email Notification

Good day,

Can someone tell me which files are involved in sending email notifications when an opportunity is assigned?

I have 2 instances of SugarCRM on the same server; one sends email notifications, the other does not. I want to check if something in the file has changed.

I am using Sugar 5.0.0.e.
