Is there a way in SugarCRM CE to send email to users when a case receives an email? Or a status change in the case when email or note is added?

Set the Notification on checked in Admin -> Email Setting section.![]()

Admin > Email Settings > Notifications On is "checked"
Here is what i have:
- I have selected Email to Case option
- When a new client sends an email, it creates a case and sends an email notification to user that case has been created
- User works on the case, and replies client back.
- When client replies back, the email is added to History part of case, but no notification or status is changed in the case.
So, one has to go through all cases to verify if an email was sent.
Any solutions?![]()
Hmm.. Seams these need the workflow function, which is only in pro/ent version.
