I wonder if anyone can help...
We use SugarCRM to manage our Event sponsorship projects. Each team member persues several leads and updates the site with notes and documents as well as new leads, etc.
The problem is, we all need to login to check whether there have been updates. Although there is an email notification system built-in to Sugarcrm, it seems to be quite basic and only sends out notifications when a user is added etc.. what we need is a notification to be sent to all users whenever there is ANY CHANGE at all on the CRM.
Is this possible? Right now we are emailing each other to tell them the CRM has been updated which diminishes one of the reasons for having a CRM in the first place..
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
