We are currently trying to set up notifications to customers of outages, updates and various other notifications based on the product(s) they currently have. For example, we are doing a switch upgrade on our VoIP switch and would like to notify all of our customers who currently have the "VoIP" product(s) in Sugar. Our products don't currently contain an email field of any type but the account has a primary email and there is a support contact field in the product as well. I would like to be able to tell sugar to send an email out to either a specific contact email or the account primary email to all accounts having a specific product. How can I do this?
