Assignment notifications are not being sent from SugarCRM
I've gone through every support document I can find about email notifications including » System Does Not Send Assignment Notifications | Blog Archive | SugarCRM Knowledge Base
...and I simply cannot find a resolution to my problem.
I tried upgrading to the latest 6.3 version and that did not help.
When I try sending a test email in Admin –> Email Settings the email test successfully delivers. It's also successful when I send a test in the User Management admin page.
I can verify that all users have the “Notify on Assignment” option checked and the email addresses are accurate.
When I check sugarcrm.log I see no errors.
I am dumbfounded at this point. When I create new leads etc or change assignments no notifications go out.
Anyone have any ideas?
