Email panel not showing only when language set to French

Hi,

I'm rather new to SugarCRM and our company is looking to implement one. Now that we are testing it, I found very annoying problems.

- When SugarCRM is set to English or French, there are lots of labels not showing up (like LB_ASSIGN_TO or sometimes I just can't read anything next to a field so I don't know what it does!). Why so many buttons/fields/labels not showing up at all ?

- When SugarCRM is set to French, the email panel will not load at all. We can only see the icons (but no labels) for "Download email", "Create an email", "Email Settings". So basically we can't read emails when SugarCRM is translated to French. English works fine though.

I thought these problems were due to the fact that II had installed the latest 5.2a version (maybe was it unstable, or the translation package did not include all the labels), so I installed 5.1c and the same problems arise.

Any idea ?

IMO, the problem might be due to the language pack installed.

I did a fresh intall of 5.2a with the french language pack of 5.1h and everything that was wrong is now fine.

I think I found a bug.

The email panel does not show up when "System default language" (i.e. the locale in the admin) is set to French.

If I log in with the French language but the system default is English, everything is fine. However, if I change the system default to French, the email panel does not load anymore, and some labels do not load as well.
