    Default Email permissions

If I log in as my admin account, I can edit my email settings and send an email just fine.

If any other user tries to click on an email to send an email, or set their settings, sugar tells them "Warning: You do not have permission to access this module."

I've googled and looked around, and not sure what it is.

I'm running this on an Ubuntu server, Sugarcrm Version 5.2.0i (Build 5757) . apache2. php5
