What does the term "checked" mean in the email queue "in process" column?
In searching various forums, I am not the only person with that question, but have yet to find an answer.
Can anybody offer anything up?
Many thanks

Hi bmcm,
What this basically means is that it tried to send out but was unsuccessful. Once the system is done processing all the remaining emails in the list, it should try to send the 'checked' email again (the system may keep this in the list and keep trying to send it out for some time before the email returns as 'invalid' or 'bounced'). Sometimes, there is a problem, and it cannot send and it gets 'stuck' in the queue. In these cases, you can just delete it from the list (and assume the person never received this email)

Thanks for the reply - I notice that if I delete the "checked" emails from the queue they re-appear when the queue is subsequently re-loaded with a new campaign (different set of customers and emails). I became concerned when they were re-introduced. Any thoughts as to why they would be re-introduced to the queue (still marked "checked")?
thanks
