I've been testing emaiing through Sugar and it looks like that when I reply to an email through Sugar That Sugar doesn't include the received email thread details (Sender, Subject, Sent Time) like just about every other email application does.

Is this correct behavior or am I missing a setting?

I would expect it to work like this:

This is the body of my reply

From: My Customer
Sent: Monday, August 22, 2011 12:20 PM
Subject: Received email from my customer

Email body from MY customer.

----------------------------------------->

Instead Sugar replies like this:

----------------------------------------->

This is the body of my reply


Email body from MY customer

----------------------------------------->

Sugar's reply email doesn't include the details of the received message.
