    Default Email Replies not automatically associated

    I just started using SugarCRM yesterday.

    I would have expected that when a contact replies to an email that I sent with sugar, it would automatically be associated with that contact. At the moment it seems that I have to check emails, then right click and import the email, then select contact and search for the contact.

    This seems to be a huge waist of time. Is this how things are intended to be or is my sugar installation not working correctly?
