Email Reply Format Problems

Hi,

I am currently using the following:

» Operating system type and version - FreeBSD 6.2-RELEASE
» Sugar Suite version - SugarOS-Full-4.5.1g
» Webserver type and version - Apache/1.3.39 (Unix)
» PHP version - PHP 5.2.4mysql
» MySQL server version - mysql Ver 14.12 Distrib 5.0.27

For inbound email, the following happens:

1) The email comes in fine and is associated with the right Contact in the Inbound Inbox:

Hi,

This is a test of the inbound email logic.

2) When I click on the Reply button, the original text appears as:

How can I get it to appear as it originally does?

3) On the reply page, the assoication to the Contact is lost and I am being forced to Select the Contact.

How can I get the Contact association to remain on the Reply page?

4) And when I insert in a email tempalte, it always appears at the bottom of the message and not at the top even when I place the cusor at the top of the editor body section.

How can I get the template to appear at the top?
