[email] Searching inside email bodies

Inside SugarCRM's core features, there is an email search function, but I cannot search emails for a specific keyword in the body of the email.

I miss this a lot. Are there plans for this in SugarCRM?

I know that there are some specific modules like this one

but I prefer native SugarCRM functions because they offer a better support.

You likely have not searched the forum before putting these questions up. Make sure you do so in the future.

This along with a bunch of other deficiencies are well documented for the Sugar email module. Since you failed to note the Sugar version you are working with I would guess you have 5.1 or 5.2, the 5.5.1 beta has begun sugars process of addressing many of the email problems noted in the forums.

If these are critical for you I would suggest downloading the beta, testing it and documenting in the bugs any problems. That way Sugar can get them fixed and released that much sooner.

I use 5.5.1. RC1. I cannot see any 'Boby' field inside the email seach panel. Only To: From: and Subject:, like in previous versions.

Other CRMs like v-t-i-g-e-r already offer this in their stable release.
