Default Email Settings: Our sales people keep messing with them!

Is there any way to lock sales people out of the email settings (popup)? Some of our sales team loves to mess with their settings, ADD perhaps. Is there a way to disable the email modules "Settings" button for certain roles/users?

Or, maybe there's a way to disable the button via PHP? What module file has the Setting button in it?

Well, just as a note to others. I did find the following template which could be modified via FTP/shell to disable the Email Settings Tab.

    /modules/Emails/templates/emailSettings.tpl

Of course, this would have to be monitored during upgrades (it's not upgrade safe) and changed to allow access during user setup.
