Email signatures "sometimes" not working with templates

Hello,
after upgrading to 6.3.1 CE we see the issue that sometimes the email signatures are not showing up in an email even when choosen, together with choosing a template.

Only the template is shown (without the signature).

In some cases it helps to "unchoose" email signatures (- none -) and to reselect your signature.

Worst thing is, that i cannot reproduce this -however it is happing very often.

Anyone seeing same behaviour.

PS: Using IE 9.
