Email Survey

I have and email survey setup to email out but having some issues with getting SugarCRM to email to the contact for the case that was created. I have been successful to get it to email to the user that has been working on the case but I really need it to email out to just the contact on the case. Any help would be greatly appericated.

Surveys success is measured by the number of respondent, and it is said that through emails a lot of people has responded accurately because they are not time pressured, aside from that there are a lot of free email servers in the cyber world making it available to anyone and give their answers whether you are within the area of the marketing research company or miles away from it. Comparing it to phone based surveys many people felt like it is a waste of time because, they are being pressured to answer right in the spot. Most of us now have an email, that we use to communicate with our friends or family who are based abroad, so companies today brilliantly gamble in sending survey based emails to those people and receive a quite relevant result in return. It should be easy to create an attractive, professional and effective marketing email with the bulk email lists..........
