I am using Sugarcrm5.2.e version of sugar community edition. I have configured both inbound and out bound settings for emails. I am able to send the emails and receive too. I have a strange problem i.e. When I click the check emails, it says downloading 20 of 20 emails and later I am not able to view the downloaded 20 emails. I rechecked the settings, all seems to be correct. I have tested through sending emails , I get the count to be increased by 1 when I click the check mails. Can any one tell what might be the reason ?

Sugarcrm:- 5.2.e Community version
Operating system:- Linux
Apache:-2.1
PHP:- 5.2.1
Mysql:- 5.2
