Hello!

Wondering if someone can help me with this...sorry if it sounds daft, but I have been searching for an answer and cannot find anything!

1) Email signiture doesn't seem to be able to include my company logo, and when I send an email, no signiture is present!

2) Okay, this sounds stupid, but how do I email all contacts? We have a large number of contacts on our CRM system and bar clicking on 'all' for 30odd pages I cannot find a simple way to email all contacts...

Any help is greatly appreciated!

1. Use a template rather than a signature, there you can embed a picture

I have a virgin version of 5.2.0k up and running. Automatically appended eSig images do not work at all (different failure modes for outlook and SugarCRM myMail). Using a template works when I am not reading the message with outlook 2007. Fails to show an attached image file icon (paper clip) in the header listing and the e-mail message has a bounding box with an "x" icon in the top left corner. Body of message is intact. This seems to be consistent regardless of the mail server (System Default or SugarCRM).

Since 90%+ of my clients are on outlook, and more than 50% of them on 2007, this is a real problem.

I understand from other threads that the inclusion of a image in the signature worked in the past and broke somewhere in the 5.x.x series of releases. This bug has been a recurring theme for nearly a year and I am perplexed as I have not been able to locate, on the forum, either a workaround or a notification that the problem is fixed with .... .

Does anyone know if this bug exists in the commercial version or in the 5.5.x release pending?
