email system different after upgrade

Hi,

we upgraded from 4.5.1 to 5.0.0b but have some issues in emails, they are not recognized or shown as recognized with colors. and since the emails come from an IMAP server, there's now 2 accounts; one which is sugar, and the other is an IMAP client, and we found importing; but why can't this do it automatically like before? furthermore, there is no archive button anymore, is everything archived?
