Hello,
As you can see your service provider doesn't support IMAP you will have that dropdown disabled only.
Thumbs up.

I'm having the same issue, but running the upgrade wizard shows no IMAP issues. Also, we run our own IMAP server and sugar is able to email out using supplied credentials. I also see that the system-generated password drop-down is disabled.
I'm having the same issue, but not seeing the IMAP issues original poster had. I've also tried with GMail. I've upgraded to 6.2.3 and the issue remains. Unfortunately, I can't grant access to anyone else in as the password email doesn't work without this feature.
Any help would be appreciated.

Had this same issue and I enabled imap in my php.ini and reset the web server service and I could set then set the templates.
I will give that a try, thanks for the help!
